Order Processing

All orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next available working day.

Delivery

Servercab dispatches all orders via our trusted third-party logistics partner. Once your order has been processed, you can expect delivery on the next working day.

Please note that working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays. Delivery timescales are subject to courier availability and any circumstances beyond our control.

Postage & Packaging

Postage and packaging costs vary depending on the size, weight, and nature of the product ordered. The applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Warranties

All products sold through Servercab are covered in line with your statutory rights. If you would prefer additional warranty support or wish to extend your coverage, this can be arranged directly through Servercare — Servercab's parent company.
